IELTS Exam Cancellation Fees
- Candidates cancelling their IELTS registration more than 14 days prior to the test date are eligible for a refund of 75% of the full IELTS test fee.
- Candidates cancelling their IELTS registration within 14 days of the test date are eligible for a 50% refund of the full IELTS test fee.
- Candidates cancelling their IELTS registration less than 2 days before the test date are eligible for a 25% refund of the full IELTS test fee.
- No refund is available for candidates who cancel on the test day or after the test has been conducted
IELTS Rescheduling Fees
If a candidate desires to modify their examination date, they have the option to submit a request for rescheduling their test at least five weeks prior to the initially scheduled date. The newly selected date must fall within three months from the original test date. To initiate the rescheduling procedure, the candidate will be required to make a payment that covers administrative fees along with any applicable taxes.
