- Indonesian citizenship: Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and hold a valid Indonesian ID card (KTP).
- Academic achievement: Applicants must have excellent academic records, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for bachelor's degree applicants, and a minimum GPA of 3.25 for master's and doctoral degree applicants. For short courses, the minimum GPA requirement is 2.75.
- English proficiency: Applicants who plan to study in countries where English is the language of instruction, such as the United States, Australia, or the United Kingdom must demonstrate their proficiency in English by submitting TOEFL, IELTS, PTE or other equivalent test scores.
